It's 2:31am and i can't sleep...
Tonight is the first night with my macbook pro. It came earlier than expected, so i'm totally thrilled. I guess this would be a semi product review blog.
So, as everyone probably knows by now. I'm going back to school in september. I got accepted into Langara and i'm doing the "Electronic Media Design" program. It's basically graphic design with another name. Never mind that, we're all expected to have a 15" macbook pro for class. How expensive! Don't even have computers in the classrooms. Believe me, the classroom is empty. It's literally table and chairs.
I was actually really stoked about getting it, since i never own a laptop in my life. It still kinda bums me out knowing that i already have a imac... it just feels a bit overkill, you know? but oh wells, i swear that one day i'll make the money back.
Aside from the computer, i'm expected to get my own student copy of "adobe cs6 design and web premium" okay. WHAT? i brought CS5 just 2 years ago. At least this time it didn't cost me a whooping $500 (and that's after 80% discount.) I really wonder what in the world makes these software so freaking expensive. I actually got quite the deal since i brought it from apple along with my macbook. CS6 alone costed $349 :) I still haven't gotten a copy of final cut pro, motion 5, and compressor 4. Sigh $$$$$$$!
Well, at least this macbook is sexy as fuck.
I haven't really experienced everything it offers yet, but it's looking great so far!
I love the fact that i can play Diablo III, lag free and full screen with high specs. YE YEAH!~
LOL well, this wasn't much of a review.
