Fall is just around the corner...

The last two weeks has been very eventful and that makes me happy :) 

On the 15th, Whitespot was having pirate pak day. Megan and i went to the Oakridge location because the one near my house was full. We also stopped by the lego store first while waiting for a seat. We had a very delicious meal and i always ran into grandpa's friend with their family. After dinner, we went back to my house and megan stayed til midnight to chit chat.

The following friday, we had a very awesome date. Babe took me out to eat at Flo and surprised me with a tiffany&co box during dinner! I was SOO surprise and can't believe it! 

August 19th, We made plans with Lisa to meet at the new night market. Although in the end it was mostly babe and i wandering around. We got some yummy food and luckily i finally found the phone case i wanted! :D Also it was really nice seeing the wishing tree in person but too bad it was by donation. 

August 22nd, Babe stopped by after work and ended up staying til almost 8 :) So happy! Eric stopped by around 730, and we all watched Slender videos together. LOL it was pretty hilarious. Anyways, Babe got a call from Austin saying he was locked out.. so he had to rush home. After Marita came over we all went out to whitespot for a late dinner. Lately, we had a spontaneous sleepover. 

Last friday, (the 24th) Bernice & Naomi came over for a baking day! it was very successful :) we made chocolate chip cookies and nutella brownies. 

THEN mama chou came picked me up &  babe took me on a spontaneous date to richmond :) he needed to go to NCIX to buy a fan for his computer. So i suggested we go to GUU for dinner. I love going there! the food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun! ^^ afterwards we even went to get bubble tea and japanese crepes. 

Saturday was pretty chilled. Babe had a saturday shift at work so he picked me up afterwards and went back to his place. We stopped at churches to get some fried chicken and drinks from mcdonald. We tried to watched "Friends with kids" but it wasn't very well written. :P 

Naomi, Bernice & I @ CATS SOCIAL 

Sunday was Angela and Bernice's birthday dinner at CATS social. We got there at 630 but the person would took our reservation didn't write it down! We ended up waiting for an hour + and then another hour for food. Service was quite slow, but the food was pretty good imo. Babe and i shared :) Also! he got me a DRANK... it was the sunday special-- mimosa. which is simply champagne and orange juice.

Yesterday, babe didn't have work so we met up with Lisa again. This time we went to Orange Corner in Kerrisdale. I only had a lychee calpis while babe had the korean bbq and rice. We all just talked, and Lisa got us souvenirs from Japan.  THANK YOU!~ We took a loop around the block, and visited Shoppers to see if they had the nail polish i wanted. Too bad they didn't have 'mint candy apple'. We stopped by the apartment to picked up a box of stuff and later went back to their place. Went to MCD to get a teriyaki salad because i've been wanting to try it. It wasn't too bad. After dinner, i unloaded the box and organized everything! and spent most of the afternoon playing games :)
